Here lies Cecil Henley, who was born on November 24, 1951, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and passed away on February 19, 2025. Cecil, also known as the Horse Track King, was a beloved husband to Smith and a proud father to Camilla Henley.

Cecil graduated from High Park High School in 1968 and went on to serve his country in the US military. He worked tirelessly until his retirement in 2005. Cecil's mother, Maybell, always said he had a knack for making people laugh with his quick wit and charming personality.

Outside of work, Cecil had a passion for going to the horse track. He was known for his lucky streaks and contagious enthusiasm for the sport. Cecil's love for the track brought joy to those around him and created lasting memories for all who knew him.

While Cecil may no longer be with us, his spirit lives on in the hearts of his loved ones. He will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
