Catherine L. "Kitty" Cissell86, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 18, 2017. She was born on October 28, 1930 in Muncie, IN to the late Gladys and Louis Capsuris.Survivors include her children, Marla Cissell, Kim Cissell (Nancy), Pam Poland (George), Teresa McCurry, Tina Cissell (Janet), and Kevin Cissell (Pam).  She was preceded in death by her son Stephan Cissell, her sister, Chris Hansen.   Kitty enjoyed her large family which included 13 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.Kitty started working at Standard Grocery in 1963 and continued working for many years and retired as head cashier from Preston Safeway in 1993.  She was an avid reader and chocolate lover.  Kitty deeply loved her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.Visitation will be Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at G. H.
