Cassie Michelle Skaggs, 28, passed on April 15, 2020. She was born to Mike skaggs and Lynn skaggs in Dayton, Ohio on April 25, 1991.
She raised 5 children Jayden, Alyssa, Kohl, Chloe, Lou. She was an amazing mom to
Cassie graduated from Jackson high in 2008 and received a degree from the Rio grande in 2014
She was the best sister ever, a great daughter, and one the most loving people youd meet. .
