Cassandra Koeper, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on February 26, 2024, in her home in West Allis, Wisconsin. She was born on June 17, 1970, to William and Mary Perry.

Cassandra married her loving spouse, Thomas Koeper, in 2012, and they were blessed with four children: Venesia Perry, William Powell, Gilbert Perry, and Shalawn Tillis. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother, always putting her family first. She leaves behind seven adoring grandchildren.

Cassandra attended Madison High School and graduated in 1988. She went on to pursue a career as a hair beautician, where her passion for making others feel beautiful shone through in all her work.

Aside from her work, Cassandra had many hobbies that brought her joy. She loved traveling to new places and exploring different cultures. She also enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family and friends.

Cassandra will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and loving spirit. She touched the lives of all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
