It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carter Smith, who was born on August 28, 2024 and passed away on September 14, 2024 in East Cleveland, Ohio, United States.
Carter was the beloved and leaves behind his father Darrius Samuels and mother Monique Smith. Despite his short time with us, he brought immense joy and love to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
During his time on this earth, Carter touched many lives and made a lasting impact on those around him. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, joy, and love.
Although Carter did not have any children of his own, his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
