Carolyn Nelson, 62, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed on September 14, 2023. Carolyn was born on September 16, 1960 in Trenton, Tennessee to Robert Powell and Daisy Nelson. She went into hospitality work for 10 years. Which she enjoyed her job very much and she also made a lot of friends. She also worked in the healthcare field doing C.N.A. work for many years. She was also a very charismatic lady with a lot of love to give.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother Daisy Nelson and father's Robert Powell , Willie McCoy; also a sister Mary Jane Brown.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her children Carmell Nelson and daughter LaToya Nelson and her siblings Wilie M Nelson, Robert Nelson, Johnny Nelson and a host of nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. Also friends and family.
