Carolyn Holland of Lufkin, Texas, passed away on June 11, 2025 at the age of 82. Born on May 8, 1943, Carolyn brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.

She is survived by her five children: Charlie Patrick, Frances Tillar, Son In Law Harold Tillar, Carolyn Hartfield and Husband Doug Hartfield, Danalyn Peters and Steven Holland.

She is proceeded in Death by Father Carol Jean Appleman, Mother Josephine Thompson Appleman, Son David Patrick and Grandson Tyler Cossey

Carolyn also leaves behind seven adoring grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life.

She will be remembered for her infectious laughter, love of cooking, and unwavering kindness. Carolyn was a ray of sunshine in the lives of all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.

May she rest in peace and continue to spread joy wherever she goes.
