We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Carolyn Pittman, who was born on September 25, 1955, in New Braunfels, Texas, United States. She peacefully left this world on November 16, 2024.

Carolyn was the beloved daughter of Gilbert and Virginia Ikels. She was the loving spouse of Robert Pittman, who she married in 1973. Together, they were blessed with two children, Randall Pittman and Amanda Tiner.

Carolyn attended New Braunfels High School and graduated in 1973. She went on to pursue higher education at Texas State University. Carolyn dedicated many years of her life to serving as a Teacher/Administrator for Comal ISD Schools before retiring in 2010.

Aside from her professional achievements, Carolyn had a passion for creating mosaics. She poured her heart and soul into her artwork, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of experiencing her creations.

Carolyn will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband, children, and two grandchildren. May her memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
