Carolyn Bonner Jett, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and dedicated member of the Waukegan community, passed away on May 10, 2024, at the age of 77. Born on October 16, 1946, in Waukegan, Illinois, Carolyn was the daughter of Katherine Bonner and the loving partner of Charles "Hambone" Jett.

Carolyn is survived by her two children, Tracey Penny Harden and Tyrone Prater, and her ten grandchildren. She was a devoted employee of AT&T Corporation and dedicated much of her time and energy to helping those in need through her work with Love in The Name of Christ organization.

Carolyn had a heart of gold and was known for her selflessness and compassion. She had a passion for volunteering and making a positive impact on the world around her. Her infectious smile and kind spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Carolyn will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched, and her legacy of love and service will continue to inspire others for years to come.
