I will deeply miss my "sister by choice". I am blessed to have had Carole's friendship for more than 25 years through all the joys and sorrows that those years brought us both. Carole was a strong and encouraging friend. Her life was lived in faithful worship and service, always looking for the way to help others see Jesus and know Him better. She found many avenues for her love of entertaining and her creativity to serve God. I think of the lives she encouraged for Christ through her career, her church family and her friends, and I know Jesus has welcomed her with "well done, good and faithful servant" as she begins her new life. Thank you, Carole, for your friendship, love and encouragement over the years. It is my joy and blessing to call you "friend" and "sister". You will be missed but never forgotten.
