Carol M. DeMarlo passed away peacefully in her home on January 3, 2016. She was born and raised in San Francisco, CA on April 8, 1962 to Tony and the late Jewell Margaret (Gray) DeMarlo. She is survived by the love of her life Miguel Martinez, her sister Kathy, her three children: Franco (Jessica), Joseph, Domenic, her granddaughter Penelope, her nieces Maegen, Mikaela, Caitlin, Arianna, Tiana, Seniyah, her great-nephew Landon and her soul sister Debbie.

Carol graduated from Jefferson High School, Daly City in 1981. By day she worked many years as a bookkeeper and bartended by night.

Carol was a devout Catholic and enjoyed attending Church at Mater Dolorosa. Carol is best described as family oriented, intelligent, humorous, witty, fun loving and a great friend. She was a social butterfly who was always the life of the party, usually with a margarita in hand. She loved nothing more than being with friends and family especially with her "Sweet P". Carol will be deeply missed; her larger than life generous heart and loving ways will live on forever in all who knew her.

Friends and family may visit from 4PM to 8PM on Sunday, January 10th at Driscoll's Valencia St. Serra Mortuary, 1465 Valencia Street, San Francisco where a vigil service will be held at 7PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 11th, at 10:15am at Mater Dolorosa 307 Willow Ave, So. San Francisco, CA. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Colma, CA.
