Carol Lynn Moorehead, a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and beloved friend, passed away on November 19, 2025. She was born on October 2, 1947, and lived a life defined by warmth, creativity, and a deep love for her family.

Carol was a woman of many talents and passions. She found joy in sewing, often creating meaningful handmade pieces for those she loved. Her kitchen was a place of comfort—filled with the smells of home-cooked meals, baked treats, and the steady rhythm of her generosity. She was also an avid gardener, nurturing life around her with the same care she gave to the people in her world.

A proud graduate of Perry High School, Carol carried her strong work ethic and compassionate spirit with her throughout her life. She built a home filled with love, laughter, and traditions that will be cherished for generations.

Carol is survived by her three children: Emily Hinchcliff, Sarah Kramer, and Will Moorehead; her grandchildren Brooke Hinchcliff, Teagan Fuller, and Evelyn Kramer; and her great-grandchildren Hudson and Kennedy, who brought her immeasurable joy. Her legacy lives on in each of them, woven into their lives just as beautifully as the quilts she once stitched.

Funeral services will be held at Reeds Funeral Home, where family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of Carol’s remarkable life. Funeral services will be held Monday November 24,2025 at 4p.

Carol Lynn Moorehead will be deeply missed, but the love she shared and the memories she created will continue to bloom in the hearts of all who knew her.
