Carol LaPorte, beloved resident of Amelia Island, Florida, passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 64. She was born on November 1, 1960, to her parents James and Francis Newton.
Carol married the love of her life, Pierre, in 2013. They shared many happy years together, enjoying their mutual love for tennis and supporting the Humane Society organization.
Although Carol and Pierre did not have any children of their own, they poured their love and attention into their furry friends at the Humane Society, where they volunteered regularly.
Carol will be remembered for her infectious laughter, her competitive spirit on the tennis court, and her kind heart towards animals. She leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and countless memories shared with those who were fortunate enough to know her.
