Carmen Torres, 41, of Phoenix, Arizona  died Monday Feb. 17,2020. She was born in Los Angeles, CA on April 23,1977  to the late Emily Vazquez and father Antonio Torres and lived for several years in Los Angeles for several years before Moving to Phoenix, AZ. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson she also attended Los Angeles Trade Tech to receive her certificate as an Registered Nurse. She was a member of Family Mennonite Church in Los Angeles, California  and loved doing crafts, but most of all, she loved music and helping others. Carmen recently married the love of her life Siaka Karma with whom she shares three children with a son, Siaka Kamar and two daughters, Sirena Kamar and Serenity Kamar. Carmen was fighting a battle with Leukemia she was strong and kept smiling and loving those around her, until God called her home to receive her wings February 17,2020. She leaves behind her father Antonio Torres , Husband Siaka Kamar her 3 children Siaka, Sirena, and Serenity. As well as a brother a sister and lots of nieces nephews and others that loved her. She is preceded in the by her mother Emily Vazquez ,her grandmother Ann Vazquez  and grandfather Louis Vazquez.
