Reiman, CarlottaCarlotta Ann Reiman, age 74, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Arborview Court in Wisconsin Rapids.Funeral services will be at 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Rev. John Grohs will officiate. A visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 6 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids and again from 9:30 A.M. until time of services at the church on Wednesday. Burial will take place in Forest Hill Cemetery in Wisconsin Rapids. Online condolences may be made at www.taylorfuneralhome.net.Carlotta was born on June 1, 1943, in Ashland, WI, to Carl and Lyla (Dagsgard) Johnson. Carlotta graduated from Ondossagon High School in 1958 and later obtained her degree of Elementary Education from Northland College in Ashland in 1965. She married Lloyd Reiman on June 26, 1965, at Messiah Lutheran Church in Washburn, WI.Carlotta and Lloyd had 2 children: Craig and Lorelle. She enjoyed being a mother to both and especially looked forward to attending Craig's sporting events or watching Lorelle's artistic side become reality through different art projects she did. As her children grew up, her home was a popular place as she watched her children and their friends play in the pool throughout the summer. Carlotta loved being involved in her children's lives. She was a Girl Scout and Brownie assistant. She thoroughly enjoyed spending her time in the backyard gazebo drinking coffee and watching birds or reading the latest issue of "Better Homes and Gardens" magazine. She also liked caring for her yard and especially her flowers. She loved her American Water Spaniels, Brandy and Brooke.After her children moved out, Carlotta and Lloyd enjoyed spending time with their grandchildren and traveling. They traveled to places such as England, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Jamaica, Mexico, and throughout the continental U.S. They were also members of the "Corvettes of the North" club in Wisconsin. She was an avid Badgers, Packers, and Brewers fan. She also enjoyed her Wednesday Coffee Club with her friends.Carlotta is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Lloyd; children: Lorelle (Kevin) Micklitz, Madison, WI, Craig (Doreen) Reiman, Spearfish, SD; grandchildren: Jordan Ann, Carly, and Christian; brother, Charles R. (Jenee Kyser-Johnson) Johnson, Plymouth, MN; and niece and nephew, Sherry and Keith.She is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.The family would like to thank Arborview Court; especially Karla, Amanda, Alex, Katlyn, Mercedes and Tammy along with the rest of the staff for the wonderful care and kindness they provided for Carlotta and her family. Memorials may be designated to Immanuel Lutheran School and Church.
