Carlita Rogina (Rogingles) Nelson, beloved mother, Sibling, grandmother, and friend, transitioned on May 21, 2024 in Baltimore at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on April 14, 1970 to Roger Burgess Nelson and Yvonne Bernice Pitts.

Carlita was a devoted mother to her four children, Stefon, Jerrell (Imani), Daveona, and Arieona. She adored her eight grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She also leaves behind a host of Aunts and uncles nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews, whom she also loved very much. God daughter Tiffany.

She received her education at Calverton Cristian Academy/ Hamilton. Throughout her career, Carlita held various positions including a Managerial position at Walmart several locations statewide, she was also a Secretary for BGE, Line worker at a Bakery.

Carlita had a passion for reading, playing Candy Crush, and trying out every new snack that came to the stores. She enjoyed trips to the beach, being outdoors and always made time for her favorite people and pastimes.

Carlita will be remembered for her warm smile, her positive energy, loving heart, infectious laughter. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
