It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carl Turks, who was born on April 30, 1962, in West Memphis, Arkansas, United States. He passed away on September 12, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones.

Carl was the beloved son of Leola Turks and is survived by his four children: Nakia Timmons, Carl Turks Jr, Donte Turks, and one other. He was also a proud grandfather to 10 grandchildren.

Carl attended Normandy High School and graduated in 1980. He was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, and unwavering devotion to his family.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
