Carl Francis Pelott, of Old Saybrook, passed away suddenly on October 23, 2016. He was born on July 3, 1938 in Holyoke, the son of Owen and Lea Pelott. He served in the United States Army. He was a Senior Systems Analyst at Hartford National Bank. Mr. Pelott was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed travelling. Mr. Pelott is survived by his wife Suzanne; children Tony Pelott of Old Saybrook and Brenda Thibeault and her husband Robert of Griswold; brothers Dave and Jerry Pelott of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; grandchildren Julie and Mark Thibeault. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his daughter Tracie. Calling hours will be held on Friday October 28th from 5-7pm at Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Rd., Old Saybrook. A memorial service will begin at 7pm at the funeral home.
