It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl N. Clark, husband, father, grandfather, and greatgrandfather. He passed away peacefully on October 6, 2010 in Hospice House surrounded by his family.
Carl was born on August 24, 1923 in Rushville, IN. He lived and worked in Indiana before moving to Naples in 1973.
Carl served in the U.S. Army and was all over Central Europe, receiving a Bronze Star. He was a salesman, traveling throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio, selling for Zimmer Orthopedic, and semi-retired to Naples in 1973. He loved baseball; his favorite team was the New York Yankees.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Melba Jean; daughters, Kim Douglas, and Karen Vivonetto (Jack); grandchildren, Jack (Gabriella), Marc, Nicholas, Jacob, and Sophia Vivonetto and great-granddaughter, Maddalena Vivonetto.
The family is planning a memorial service on Sunday, November 14th at 11:00 a.m. Please contact them for more information.
