Bricks, Carey J.Carey Jorge Bricks passed away peacefully on May 14, 2017 at his home in Cleveland, WI.He was born on May 22, 1956 in Chicago Heights, IL to John and Shirley (Nagle) Bricks. Carey grew up in Crete, IL before moving to Sheboygan. He attended Lakeshore Technical Institute in Cleveland, WI where he received an Associate's degree as an Electrical Maintenance Technician in 1989. Following employment at Hi-Lite Machines, he worked for the Kohler Company for 18 years in several capacities, most recently as an Industrial Electrician in the Generator Division. Carey loved working with electronics of all kinds and helping his friends and neighbors whenever he could.Carey was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Clyde Bricks. He is survived by his sisters, Claudia Bricks of Sheboygan, Cheryl (Jeff) Bracht of Cascade, WI; brother, Chris (Cheryl) Bricks of Kankakee, IL, and numerous friends, including Mark and Mel DeRuyter, Troy and Jess Mc Williams, and his beloved dog, Buddy. A Celebration of Life Service for Carey will be held Thursday, June 22 at the Deland Community Center, 715 Broughton Dr. on the Sheboygan Lakefront from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Reverend Barbara Hill of the Progressive Spiritual Community of Sheboygan will preside over a brief service at 6:00.
