It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Candace "Candy" Renae Cater, 52, of Lisbon, Iowa. She departed from this world on June 8, 2024, leaving behind her partner in life, Weldon McDowell, as well as her four daughters, Crystal Whited, Kelly Rivera, Shelby Willis, and Cassie Samples. Candy was born on September 7, 1971, and throughout her life, she touched the hearts of all who knew her. She loved her grandchildren and was known for her bright smile and caring nature. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in our hearts.
