Calvin Vraa, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 90. He was born on August 11, 1935, to proud parents Olig and Alice Vraa.

Calvin leaves behind his loving partner, Della Vraa, four devoted children: Marcia Streitz (Tim), Kyle Vraa (Ewa), Stephanie Reynolds, and Craig Vraa (Tiffany), and his nine adoring grandchildren.

Calvin attended Thief River Falls High School, graduating in 1953. He furthered his education at the University of North Dakota, graduating in 1962. Calvin went on to have a successful career as a Doctor of Psychology, retiring in 2000. He also proudly served his country in the Army as a Lt. Colonel.

Outside of his professional life, Calvin enjoyed trap shooting and spending time with his family. He will be fondly remembered for his witty sense of humor and love for life.

Calvin's passing was due to natural causes. He will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
