Caleb J Sirecki Francis, 9, of Patchogue, New York, died peacefully on Friday, July 9th, 2010, at home surrounded by loved ones. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 14th, at Lady of The Mountain Church in South Patchogue, New York, with Rev. Joseph Goode officiating. Caleb was born December 3rd, 2000, in The Bronx. He was the son of Jeffrey and Carrie Francis. Caleb was a member of the Boy Scout Troop 680 in Patchogue, and loved football, baseball, and swimming. He will be missed dearly by his parents and 3 siblings, Kayla, Matthew, and Monica, and dog Lucia. He is survived by his parents, Carrie and Jeff Francis; her siblings, Kayla, Matthew, and Monica, her grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
