Caleb C. Helms, 28, passed on August 08, 2021. He was born to Michael Helms and Lori Helms in Appleton, Wisconsin on March 15, 1995.

Caleb graduated from Menasha High School in 2011.

Caleb was a Waiter at GingeRootz and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He enjoyed off roading with his jeep and spending quality time with his friends and family.
