Brinkley WilliamsBrinkley Williams 83, of Springfield, MO passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017. He was born on January 2, 1934 in Black Oak, Arkansas to J.K. and Eva Williams.Brinkley was married for 40 years to his loving wife Liz and to this union he was blessed with five children. He worked at Springfield Tablet for 37 years and served in the US Army. Brinkley loved good southern food, woodworking, whittling, but his first love has always been his family.Survivors include his wife, Liz; five children; seven grand children; 10 great grand children; three sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, and countless friends. He will be missed by all whose lives had been touched by his.Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel (5234 West State Hwy EE).
