Brian has a wonderful future ahead. He has a guarantee of resurrection to life again with us here. Along with all those in memorial tombs and graves, he will open his eyes to life under God’s kingdom rule. Peace and joy will be the norm and along with millions of others he will have the opportunity to live forever. It will be a wonderful day to see him again.

Death brings sorrow and tears, and it is hard to adjust to the absence of a loved one. But what comfort and strength we gain from the assurance that our Almighty God “will actually swallow up death forever, and will certainly wipe the tears from all faces!” Isaiah 25:8, Revelation 21:3,4
