Brenda L. MummertJuly 9, 1959 - August 3, 2017BiglervilleBrenda L. Mummert died peacefully at home in Biglerville on August 3, 2017 after a long battle with cancer and other health issues. Brenda was born on July 9 1959 in Hanover, to the late Goldie V. (Stouter) Sentz and the late Lester E. Mummert. Brenda is survived by her stepfather, Curvin (Manny) Sentz of New Oxford; a daughters, Katrina and her husband, Allen Shaffer of Biglerville and Natasha and her husband, Felix Alamo of Arendtsville; a brothers, Richard and his wife, Annie Mummert of New Oxford, Terry and his wife, Connie Mummert of New Oxford, Jeff and his wife Lori Mummert of Thomasville; a sister, Judy and her husband, Randy Becker of New Oxford. She is also survived by her six grandchildren. Brenda was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Ann (Bechtel) Laughman. A memorial service and gathering is being held for Brenda on Friday, August 11, 2017 at the East Berlin Fish and Game Club from 5 to 8 p.m. The club is located at 660 Rife Rd., East Berlin.
