In Loving Memory

On Wednesday January 9th, 2019 Brandon Joshua Fisher, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend transitioned suddenly at the age of 22. A native of Los Angeles, CA, Brandon Fisher was the second child born to Shelly Fisher III and Tamara Hankins, on May 28, 1996. "BaBa" as we all affectionately called him, was always a sweet child who had the ability to illuminate a room with his humorous antics. Always on the go, Brandon started walking at the tender age of 10 months. His parents would often have to brace themselves because of his acrobatic stunts and turno charged energy. Brandon's contagious laugh and goofy smile was just enough to turn any rainy day into sunshine. Even at the age of 22, he maintained a flicker of childlike innocence. Although he would at times come across as an introvert, when he encountered anyone he loved, they knew they were loved. He was an easy going young man, who was non confrontational except with his brohters, whom by the way, he loved dearly. He adored his sister as well. Being an unusual kid he would always tell the truth, even when it got him in trouble.

From an early age Brandon was taught about our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He was baptized by Pastor Edward Victor Hill Sr. as a small child after making the decision on his won to have Jesus come into his heart. When he wasn't in trouble for running through the church with ihs friends and brothers, he was lip syncing in the children's choir. Brandon remained a member of the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church until his family moved to the Inland Empire. He excelled on his high school wrestling team and later graduated from High School with plans of taking a course in Aviation Maintanence to further his career at United Parcel Service, where he served for 5 years, and eventually was promoted to Safety Supervisor.

Brandon loved life and he loved his friends. Brandon was survived by his father, Shelly Fisher III, mother Tamara Holman, brothers Tyler Fisher, Joseph Fisher, Justin Fisher and sister Alexis Walker, Maternal Grandparents Irma and Malvin Stuart, Great Grandmother Augustine Black and Girlfriend Faith Lawal, Aunt's, Uncles, Cousin's and friends. Proceeding him passing was his fraternal Grandparents, Shelly Fisher Jr. and Geraldine McCormick, Maternal Grandfather James Black Sr, Great Grandmother, Mildred Jordan, Aunt Vaughnchettawaurine Banks, Uncle James Black Jr. and Charles Trask. Our beloved Brandon it is with great hope that we anticipate embracing you once again in Heaven. Until then your memory will live on through your loved ones and friends.
