Brandon Antoine Carter aka Pac was born on July 28,1984 to Dorothy Mae Carter and the late Roland Hoff. Pac was in born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland where he attended city schools. Pac loved the children and made many lifelong friends. He was known for his infectious smile and quick wit and his kind and compassionate heart. Pac had a talent for making friends easily and always the life of party. Pac was a loving father of 3 children Zylen and 2 other children who loved more than anything in the world. Pac was also a loyal son and brother who always put family first. Pac loved Tupac who he called his father Pac love listening to music. Pac was a beloved son, brother, father and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Brandon preceded in death by Grandfather Windsor D. Carter, 3 uncles Windsor D. Carter Jr. Ronald D Carter Winslow Carter Great grandmother Mary Brown, Gloria Clayton, Great- Great grandmother Helen Brown and Great aunt Flora Davis. Brandon leaves to celebrate his life his mother Dorothy Carter Dad Richard his 7 siblings Lameka Richard Derrelle Kevin Michael Latisha and Shaneka 5 other brothers Tavon, TJ, Tracy, Tyree and Terrance, Grandmother Edith Carter 2 aunts Latisha and Nichole, 1 uncle Windsor, great aunt/mother Yvette Taft, 6 great aunts, 6 great uncles .. He also have a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
