Pac loved the children and made many lifelong friends. He was known for his infectious smile and quick wit and his kind and compassionate heart. Pac had a talent for making friends easily and always the life of party. Pac was a loving father of 3 children Zylen and 2 other children who loved more than anything in the world. Pac was also a loyal son and brother who always put family first. Pac loved Tupac who he called his father Pac love listening to music. Pac was a beloved son, brother, father and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Brandon preceded in death by Grandfather Windsor D. Carter, 3 uncles Windsor D. Carter Jr. Ronald D Carter Winslow Carter Great grandmother Mary Brown, Gloria Clayton, Great- Great grandmother Helen Brown and Great aunt Flora Davis.
