Bobby Gene McNutt, 64, of Portsmouth, OH, passed away in the early hours of September 20, 2019 at his home in Stout due to diabetic complications.

Bobby is survived by his mother Jane McNutt, 81, his brother Marvin McNutt, 61, his nephew Cody McNutt, 29 of Stout.

Funeral services will be held at Melcher Funeral Home in Portsmouth on September 26, 2019 at 10 AM.
