We mourn the loss of Bobby Bashorun who passed away on February 3, 2025, in Lagos, Nigeria. Born on May 10, 1961, Bobby was the beloved son of Chief Olufemi Bashorun and Femilola Abimbola.

He married his devoted spouse, Temitope Chukwa, in 1991, and together they raised five children: Bobby Bashorun Jr., Victor Bashorun, Feyi Bashorun, Jessica Bashorun, and Olanrewaju Bashorun. Bobby was also a loving grandfather to three grandchildren.

Bobby attended Methodist Boys' High School Oron, graduating in 1978, before furthering his education at the University of Lagos, where he graduated in 1983. He devoted his professional life to the Lagos State Safety Commission.

Bobby had a passion for gardening and enjoyed playing soccer and tennis in his free time. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and dedication to his family and community.

Unfortunately, after years of battling diabetes, Bobby passed away from a stroke. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
