Bob Billy, beloved son of Ben and Mary Billy, passed away on January 1, 2026 in Upper Dayton View, Ohio, United States at the age of 41. He is survived by his son, James Black, and his cherished grandchildren.

Born on April 6, 1984, Bob was a graduate of Dudley High School in 1967, and went on to receive his degree from Covered University in 1954. He spent many years working at Peace Worker before retiring in 2000. Bob also proudly served in the Army.

Bob was known for his love of dancing and could often be found hitting the dance floor with a smile on his face. He brought joy and laughter to those around him and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Although Bob's time with us was too short, his legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Rest in peace, Bob, and may you dance in heaven forevermore.
