Blakely Castillo, beloved daughter of Samaj Castillo and Maria Alverez-Lopez, passed away on June 4, 2023. She was born on July 20, 2007 in Durham, North Carolina.

Blakely lived each day of her 15 years with love, kindness, and a great sense of humor. She would always make those around her feel happy and loved. Blakely had a passion for helping others and dreamed of making a difference in the world. Sadly, she succumbed to her struggles and took her own life.

Blakely will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. She is no longer with us but leaves behind countless memories full of laughter and joy. We will always cherish the time we spent with Blakely and remember her as a loving and vibrant soul who brought so much positivity into our lives.
