We are saddened to announce the passing of Billy Blackwell, who left this world on September 29, 2025.

Born on September 27, 1976, in Palm Harbor, Florida, Billy was the beloved son of Debbi and beloved husband to Geydi, and together they raised three wonderful children Ashley, Hailey, and Colby. Billy was also a proud grandfather to two grandchildren Zeniyah and Robert.

He dedicated many years of his life to serving his country. He was known for his strong work ethic and commitment to his fellow servicemen.

When he wasn't working, he could often be found indulging in his favorite hobbies, hunting and fishing. He had a true passion for the great outdoors and loved nothing more than spending time in nature.

Billy will be remembered for his infectious laughter, his kind heart, and his unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Rest in peace, Papa. Your spirit will live on in our hearts.

Service will be on October 11th at 9:30am
