Billie Jean Anderson, 63, passed on April 15, 2023. She was born to Austin Guy Shelton and Lillie Mae Shelton in Reidsville, North Carolina on November 11, 1959.

Together they raised 3 children Holly Smith (Darryll), Jimmy Anderson (Pam), Justin Evans (Jennifer). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Billie graduated from Rockingham County High.

Billie worked at Burlington Industries for 30 years and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
