Beverly LongPEORIA - Beverly Long, age 92, passed away at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, August 31, 2017, at Proctor Place in Peoria, IL.Beverly was born on June 22, 1925, in Williamsfield, IL, a daughter to James and Adelaide (Ireland) Carrigan. She married Robert Long on December 27, 1947. He preceded her in death on January 15, 2007, in Peoria.Beverly graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Bradley University in 1947.Beverly is survived by two daughters, Lisa Baize of Brimfield and Lori Dyar of Trivoli; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one sister, Marilyn Armstrong.A private memorial Mass will be held at Resurrection Mausoleum Chapel in Peoria. Franciscan Friars will officiate. Cremation rites have been accorded and entombment will follow in the mausoleum.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's choice of charity.
