Betty Ruth EvattBetty Ruth Evatt, 71, of Springfield, MO passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2017 in Mercy Hospital. Betty was born on February 2, 1946 in Stone County, MO. She was married to Edwin Evatt on August 21, 1970. She was preceded in death by her father, David Bowman; her mother, Ivon (Fly) Saltkill; and one brother, Roy Bowman. She is survived by her spouse, Edwin Evatt; 3 children: Emma (& Mitch) Brown; Ed (& Lori) Evatt; Eric (& Kristy) Evatt, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.There will be a visitation from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 13, 2017, in Greenlawn Funeral Home South. The interment will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 17, 2017 in Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
