It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Betty Davis on April 15, 2024, in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Betty was born on December 20, 1950, to Oka Murphy and Emma Davis. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew her.

In 1991, Betty married the love of her life, James A. Davis Jr. Together, they raised five children: Sabrina Goodall (spouse Maurice Goodall), Laura Williams, Keysha Williams, Beverly Williams, and Irish Jackson (spouse Nick Jackson). She was a devoted mother who always put her family first.

Betty was also a proud grandmother to six grandchildren. She adored her grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them.

Throughout her life, Betty was known for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering strength. She faced every challenge with grace and courage, inspiring those around her to never give up.

Tragically, Betty passed away after a brave battle with cancer. While we mourn her loss, we take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace and watching over us from above.

Betty's memory will forever be cherished by her family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
