Betty Jane MedveNorfolk - Betty J. Medve, 67, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016 surrounded by family. Betty was born on December 4, 1949 to the late John Jarvis, Jr. and Agnes Jarvis. Betty was retired after 33 years in Civil Service at the Norfolk Naval Base.Left to cherish Betty's memory are her children Stephen "Stevie", Sandra "Cissy" and Cheryl "Annie"; grandchildren, Kristina, Paige, Dariyen, Wil, Nariyah and Jhayden; siblings, Nadine "Deanie", John III "Johnny" and Jody as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Services will be held at a later date.
