It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Betty Armstrong on January 27, 2026 in Middleburg, Florida. Betty was born on October 22, 1941 to her loving parents Arnold Stafford Moore and Inez Ethal Jeanette Mooneyham.

Betty was a devoted mother to her four children: Regina Knudsen (spouse Kerry Knudsen), Juanita Gilkerson, Steven Armstrong, and Sandra Plaster. She was also a beloved grandmother to nine grandchildren.

Throughout her life, Betty brought joy and laughter to all who knew her. She had a contagious smile and a kind heart that touched everyone she met. She was known for her quick wit, love of gardening, and passion for baking the best apple pie in town.

Betty will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the stories and memories shared by those who loved her. Rest in peace, Betty. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
