Bessie M Johnson, of Hot Springs Arkansas, gained her wings on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at the age of 92. She was born August 18, 1925, in Blackton Arkansas. She was a faithful member of Silver-street Church of Christ. She never met a stranger and always had a smile on her face until her end.

Bessie was preceded in death by her father and mother, Hiram and Lilia Harvey, husband Leroy Johnson, son Alonzo Johnson.

She leaves a family whom she loved with all her heart. Son's Sonny (Louise) Johnson, J.B. Dennis (Virginia) Johnson, Sr., Michael Johnson, W.B Johnson, and Charles (Brenda) Johnson all of Hot Springs; daughters Betty Burnett of Helena Arkansas, Alma Dooley (Michael) of Carson , CA, Avelena  Johnson of Dallas, TX, Beatrice Collins of Atlanta, GA, Alice Johnson of St. Louis, MO.; 35 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren;  4 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends
