Bernadette Kowalczyk-Strauss, a beloved resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away on October 15, 2024, at the age of 71. She was born on December 4, 1952, and lived a life full of love, generosity, and kindness. Bernadette will be remembered for her warm smile, her infectious laughter, and her unwavering positivity. She touched the lives of all who knew her with her compassionate spirit and gentle nature. Bernadette's presence will be dearly missed, but her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in peace.She is survived by her husband Mikah Strauss and their two daughter: Anna Ewa Kowalczyk-Srauss and Eketeryna Misha Kowalczyk-Srauss, and their son Mateusz Mikah Kowalczyk-Srauss. They have many grand children and great grandchildren. She loved making traditional Polish food and keeping their Polish culture and traditions to pass on their legacies. She will greatly be missed.
