Sister Belinda Carson, 79, of Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina. Born in Monetta, she was a daughter of the late James and Bessie Wells Fallaw. She was a high school teacher in Tennessee, Florida and California, and lastly at Beaufort High School where she retired in 2001 with over 32 years of service and met the love of her life and long time companion, James.

Belinda departed life on November 16, 2023. She was proceed in death by her loved ones at Barr-Price Batesburg-Leesville Chapel Funeral Home.

Belinda accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized. Belinda was definitely one of a kind! Her smile would warm a room and her laughter was contagious! She was taught at an early age sewing, dancing, and cooking and taught her family her skills at early ages. She leaves to cherish her memory such as her husband, James P. "Jimmy" Carson Jr.; her brother Bryon, and numerous nieces and nephews. More loved ones that has great laughs and memories to cherish, her daughters Barbara and Cynthia. Two sisters, Phyllis & Judy both of Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina. Grandchildren who she adored! Melissa, Monica (Kenny), Nykuria, Aravia, Maurice Jr, Kanya, Thomas and Christopher (Tiffany), Dontae & her favorite as everyone would say Melinda of Columbia, SC. Nephews who she referred to as the "Fab Four" Jerome, Tyrone, Kevin & Trell; and a host of other relatives and friends.
