Wells, Belinda A.Belinda A. Wells, age 44, of Harford, NY passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at her home at Country Meadow Trailer Park. Belinda was born on July 28, 1972 in Cortland, NY. She went to College for Criminal Justice and had worked at a facility for disabled children.
