Beau "Country" Williamson was born in Gastonia, NC on August 17,1964 and crossed the rainbow bridge on August 19, 2019. Country passed at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem surrounded by family and friends. Loving Father, Uncle, Grandfather, and friend, he touched so many lives throughout his community and lifetime. He was an advocate for the LGBT community and trans community. Abiding by Country's wishes, his body was donated to science in hopes to help others learn and study the medical field as that was part of his training here on earth. Country was loved by everyone that knew him. He was passionate about helping people and would give you the shirt off of his back to ensure you knew he cared for you. In leiu of flowers, make the donation to your local LGBT charity in Country's name. Memorial services are yet to be determined but will be announce on Facebook by his family and friends.
