Bart Monroe, 72, of Halls, Tennessee, passed on August 29, 2022. Bart was born on April 12, 1950.he was preceded in death by Jeff chapman, Susan caudle, Whitney caudle, holly chapman, arahbella stearns, Randy chapman, and Sydney chapman. He was a very loved man by his community, friends, and family. May he forever watch over us.
