She was born on September 5, 1958 in Lebanon, a daughter of the late Raymond and Catherine Crone Mark. Barbara was the companion of Everett McMullen, Lebanon and she was the wife of the late James D. Spotts. Mrs. Spotts was a waitress at Heisey's Diner and several other establishments for 34 years. She was a Hospice volunteer; loved her cats; music lover who helped her brother DJ Ray for ten years; loved working with children; began a prison pen-pal ministry and Christmas Card Ministry. She was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to her companion; sister, Lois J. Mease of Lebanon; niece and nephews; many "adopted "kids and her beloved church family. Barbara was predeceased by her brother, Raymond Mark. A funeral service will be held in Covenant United Methodist Church 346 N. 9th St, Lebanon, 17046 on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 11 a.m. with a viewing from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
