DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Barbara Ann Smith, 80, died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016n in Daytona Beach, Florida. She had lived most of her life in Albion prior to moving to Florida. Barb was born on Aug. 12, 1936, in Portland, Indiana. Surviving are her children, Kerri Tropf, Dave Davis and Philip Smith Jr.; a sister, Shirley Runkle; three grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Smith Sr.
