Barbara Ann Phelps DeHartBarbara passed away unexpectedly on May 25, 2017 from heart failure. Barbara was born on October 27, 1964 and raised in Pensacola, but lived for many years in Baton Rouge, LA and Milton, FL. She worked in the hospitality and landscaping business before illness forced her to retire. She still continued to work as often as her health permitted her to. Those that are left behind to remember her unique personality are her husband of 30 years, Philip DeHart; her father, Joe C Phelps Sr; her Mother; her stepmother, Sherry Phelps; a daughter, two grandchildren, several siblings and in-laws and many friends, both in Milton and in Baton Rouge. Per Barbara's wishes, she wanted to be cremated and her ashes spread to swim with the dolphins.
