Barbara Jean "Bobbie" Michael, 74, of Bardstown, died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at Life Care of Bardstown. She was born on Dec. 4, 1939, in Charleston, W. VA., was a homemaker and a member of Abundant Life Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Franklin and Gwyndolyn Geraldine Trout Crisswell; two brothers, Patrick Kingsley Trout Davis and James Christian Lightner.Survivors include a sister, LaVern Catherine DeShazer, of Bardstown, and nephew, Charles Dickey, of Bardstown.The family is respecting her wishes of cremation and there will be a memorial service at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, March 2 at Abundant Life Church. Contributions have been requested to the in Bobbie Michaels' memory. Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
